The hot towel is not theater. Heat swells the hair shaft and relaxes the follicle, so the straight razor cuts closer with far less irritation. That is the whole reason the old ritual still beats any cartridge razor — and it is the most relaxing thing on our menu at the Cape Coral shop.
How the shave goes
First the hot towel. Then the lather — real brush, real soap. The blade works with the grain, a second pass goes across it, and a cold towel closes the pores at the end. Twenty minutes later your face feels like it skipped a decade. Half our shave clients fall asleep in the chair, which we take as a compliment.
Shave and beard prices in Cape Coral
- Hot-towel shave — steam, lather, straight razor: $15
- Head shave — $18
- Beard trim — $10
- Beard color — $15
- Eyebrows, trim and razor — $8
- GOLD package — haircut + beard: $35
- PLATINUM package — haircut + beard + eyebrows: $45
Same price whether you book or walk in. If you have never had a straight-razor shave before, say so when you sit down — your barber will take the first pass slower and check the skin as he goes. Tell him in English or Spanish, both work here.
Walk in on Pine Island Rd
A shave takes a chair for a while, so weekday mornings are the calmest time to come. Walk-ins are welcome every day the shop is open; if you want a fixed hour, book it on the Cape Coral page. Pairing the shave with a fade in the same visit is the GOLD package.
More from the shop
Same chairs, other services: fades and specialty cuts and kids' haircuts in Cape Coral. On the blog we cover how often to come back, how walk-ins work and what a fade costs here. New to the shop? Start with your first visit.
